I’ve been in the security industry for over 12 years.

Before launching Johnson Smart Homes, I worked for large national companies like ADT and Vivint. I loved helping customers and walking away knowing their home was safer than when I arrived. What I didn’t love was seeing homeowners treated like account numbers instead of people.

That’s when I decided to do things differently.

Johnson Smart Homes was created to deliver a better experience from start to finish — clear communication, quality workmanship, and no pressure tactics.

I’m a Marine Corps veteran, proudly serving from 2007–2011.
